Diagnostic scenarios
The diagnostic performs arithmetic using the values you enter. Delayed-cohort value and 10%, 20% and 30% meeting-conversion outputs are scenarios, not forecasts, promises or performance guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on lead quality, demand, pricing, sales execution, data quality and other factors outside the service.
Offer and availability
Website pricing describes the intended founding and standard offers but is not a binding quotation. Scope, taxes, third-party costs, payment timing, responsibilities and service terms are confirmed in writing. A founding place is secured only when both parties sign an agreement and any required initial payment is received.
Implementation guarantee
The stated 21-working-day guarantee applies only where it is included in the signed client agreement. The clock begins after the client supplies agreed access and approves the process map. It applies to agreed standard integrations. Third-party approval delays, unavailable client systems and scope changes pause or change the timetable. The remedy is waiver of the first management month; it is not a revenue guarantee.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website copy, design and original materials belong to Never Miss a Lead. You may link to pages and quote short extracts with attribution, but may not republish substantial parts or present them as your own.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely from website content or diagnostic scenarios. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
