This notice describes how information is handled through the current website at www.nevermissalead.co.uk.

Who is responsible

Never Miss a Lead is the website and service operated by Jack Warren in the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, email hello@nevermissalead.co.uk.

Information you choose to send

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company and message. When used from the response-gap diagnostic, it also includes the commercial funnel inputs and calculated summary shown on screen. We use this information to reply, assess fit, keep a business record and take steps requested before entering a contract.

Form submissions are delivered through our website and email provider. The website does not add them to a marketing list or create a separate customer database record. You can use the direct email option instead if you prefer.

The response-gap diagnostic calculation runs in your browser. Its inputs are not stored or transmitted unless you choose to submit the enquiry form or send the prefilled email.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic and page performance. It records anonymous page-view information such as the page path, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type. Query strings and page fragments are removed before analytics events are sent.

According to Vercel, Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies, associate activity with an individual or IP address, or reconstruct a person’s browsing across different websites. Visitor sessions are automatically discarded after 24 hours. We may record an anonymous form-submission event, but do not send the form details to analytics.

GA4 and Vercel Speed Insights are not active. If either is introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated first. Essential hosting infrastructure may separately process request and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Lawful bases and retention

Enquiry correspondence is generally processed for legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where relevant, to take steps before a contract. Contract and billing records may be retained to meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably required.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, form delivery and business email, including Resend. Their infrastructure may involve international transfers subject to their contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to act on a request.

Changes

This notice will be updated when lead capture, booking or other processing is introduced. The date above will show the latest revision.
