About Never Miss a Lead

Built and managed by the operator you work with.

Jack Warren maps the lead journey, builds the workflow and reviews what fails after launch. The service stays narrow so ownership remains clear.

The work

Lead response is an operating problem before it is an automation problem.

Forms, inboxes, enrichment tools and CRMs can all function correctly while an enquiry waits without an owner. Never Miss a Lead fixes the decisions and handoffs between those systems.

Jack works with revenue, sales and operations leaders to define the qualification rules, routing precedence, first-response boundaries and escalation path. He then builds the agreed workflow around the client’s existing stack.

Client workflows are owned and managed individually. Results are published only with permission. Until the founding implementations produce evidence, the site will not claim customer outcomes it cannot substantiate.

Working principles

The boundary is part of the system.

  • One accountable owner for each qualified lead
  • Approved language for automated prospect responses
  • Human review for uncertain or sensitive decisions
  • Visible fallbacks when data or integrations fail
  • Client-owned workflows and separated credentials
  • Measured implementation, without revenue guarantees

Start with the process

A short description of the current handoff is enough.

Share where enquiries arrive, which CRM the team uses, who should own a qualified lead and where the delay usually appears.
